How it all started.
I know firsthand how costly and complex insurance and employee benefits can be. I’ve spent more than 30 years in financial services, including coordinating investments, providing comprehensive financial planning, and offering one-on-one benefits coaching.
While my background is on the technical side, my passion is helping people. I spent years managing enrollments and supporting employees. It taught me that information without clarity is just noise.
I also saw an unfair gap developing — individuals navigating Medicare and the ACA Marketplace alone and small business owners struggling to balance rising costs with the need to take care of their people.
To help bridge the gap, I created Core360 Benefits Group. Here, we focus on a human-first approach. AI can spit out policies all day long, but you need real guidance from experts who listen, explain, and advocate. That’s us.
